There are some updated rules and sign off sheet on www.facebook.com. Go to "GROUPS" and find "Fred Lobster" then go to "Discussions" or go to "EVENTS" and find "Fredi Gras". print a copy and have all of your team sign it and bring it for the race...or email me and i'll send you a copy. m3hog@aol.com
