2011 FRedtoberfest Race Rules

I REQUIREMENTS
     A. The idea behind this race is NOT one of the smartest we’ve had
          and whether you are participating or a spectator – YOU ARE
          DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
     B. Cars

1. Each team MUST have a minimum of 4 drivers and must change drivers
2. 4 cylinder only
3. 2 wheel drive only. 
4. No rotary type engine 
5. At least 1 working brake light
6. Seat Belt for everyone riding in the car
7. DOOR for everyone riding in the car
8. Helmet required for everyone riding in the car.
9. NO sharp edges on bumpers
10. Fire Extinguisher in every car and in the pit.
11. Unaltered Street Tread Tires only
12. Flux Capacitors must be in place and paid for by 10/8 ($100).  $25 Late
    fee for entries after that date.
13. $1500 Claim

C. All announcements will be made via fredlobstersocialclub.com &
         the FRedlobster facebook page. Check back frequently for
         updates.
     D. 4 wheelers, UTVs, carts will only be allowed for utility type work
          the day of the race.
     E. NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND 
     F. Your drive team must be in attendance at the Saturday morning
         safety meeting. Be prepared for it to start about 10 a.m.
     G. Drinking is NOT a requirement

II RECOMMENDATIONS
     A. Roll bars
     B. Designated Drivers or Camping
     C. Help out with track maintenance between now and race day!!
     D. Tell your friends!

III SAFETY
     A. Red Flag/Red Light means stop immediately.  It does not mean Pit.
     B. Pit Stops
        a. Flat tire
        b. If you cause a red flag
        c. Multiple non-stops on red flags
     C. Black Flag is loss of a lap.
     D. Rubbing is racing but be SMART about it.
     E. Rusty Smith is Head of Safety. His decisions are Final.
