About the Race
Here we go again. The FRed Lobster 100 is two days of grassroots dirt track racing at FRed Lobster International Speedway in Gladewater, Texas. High-speed action, wild machines, and one of the most unique spectacles you'll find anywhere in rural East Texas.
A $10 donation at the gate gets you a wristband good for the whole weekend. Kids 12 and under and seniors 65+ get in free. Enter through the gate near the Fireworks Stand.
Track Location
Team ATVs
Each race team is allowed 1 ATV for race business only, and only banded drivers and team members are allowed to drive it. Cost for a team ATV is $20. There is no recreational ATV, UTV, or 4-wheeling in the pasture or on the trails during race weekend. This is not an ATV park, so tell your friends to leave the toys at home.
Driver's Meeting
Drivers planning to run the upcoming FRed Lobster 100 are encouraged to attend. It's a great chance to share your thoughts, concerns, and ideas about anything related to the race.
Drivers can also pay their entry fee and draw for starting position at the meeting. Attendance is not required, but it is highly recommended. It usually influences where you start.

Race Weekend Schedule
Times are the current plan. Check back the week of for any changes.
Drivers and passengers of race cars must sign a release and get a race participant wristband at the big white circus-looking tent before getting into a race car. This wristband is separate from the one you got at the gate and will be checked before you're allowed on the track.
Thursday. Arrival, Setup & Early Camping
Thursday is when teams, campers, and early arrivals start rolling in. Best time to get settled, unload, claim a good spot, and handle last-minute prep. Keep campers, RVs, trailers, and long-term setups at least 150 feet from the track.
Friday. Qualifying
Saturday. A Main
Pay Attention to the Flags
Drivers must have a functioning RACEceiver and respond to communications.
- Red. Safely come to a complete stop and wait for the track to clear. Don't pit on red, or you'll be penalized one lap minimum (up to ten).
- Green. Go. Pit on green only.
- White. One lap to go in the race or that leg.
- Checkered. Once you pass it, go directly to the pits.
Camping
Camping for race weekend is recommended and free. It must be self-contained. There are no utilities in the pasture for campers.
For safety, a barrier of stakes and ribbon is typically set at 75 feet around the track, and all spectators must remain behind it. To improve viewing for everyone, we ask that no campers be set up within 150 feet of the track.
Please treat this land like it is your yard, just as it is our yard. We appreciate everyone helping keep the event safe, organized, and enjoyable for all.

The property is an active pasture. Cows and horses may still be in the field during arrivals. If you come through a gate, close it behind you. When in doubt, close the gate.
